Heidi Wilson

Founder/Team Leader | Realtor & Market Ready Strategist

I was born and raised in Metro Detroit and I have lived in the Lakes Area of Oakland County for the past 15 years with my family. In my free time, I love to travel, golf, and hang out with family and friends.

I started my career in real estate in 2005 on the financing side of the mortgage industry. After that, I managed our rental property and was also a private lender on some investment properties prior to getting my real estate license. I joined Keller Williams in 2018 and since then have been a top-producing agent in our office. I currently serve on the Associate Leadership Council and am the committee chair for Career Development. These experiences have given me extensive knowledge in all aspects of the real estate transaction which enables me to provide a world-class experience for my clients all across the Metro Detroit area.

I am an expert negotiator, an excellent communicator, and I am able to keep a level head under pressure which is extremely valuable when dealing in high-stakes situations. I consistently strive to not only meet but exceed my client’s expectations and value any and all feedback. As a result, the majority of my business comes from my past clients and referrals. My goal is to be your trusted real estate advisor for life. Jillian Dunn

Real Estate Advisor & Agent

Along with her husband, Jillian has been buying and selling real estate around Metro Detroit since 2008. Once both of her children were ready to start school full time, Jillian decided to take her love of real estate and make it into her career. Jillian started her real estate career as an admin on a team and then earned her real estate license in early 2018. She has found her niche as a showing partner to assist agent with their buyers, as well as works with select clients herself per year. Jillian prides herself on her communicativeness as well as her knowledge of homes and the buying and selling process.

Michelle McGrann

Director of Operations

With more than ten years of experience leading major programs at Wayne State University, Michelle went on to build an international training and marketing agency from scratch. Through it all, she’s honed her skills in team management, compliance, and quality improvements. Michelle’s passion for finding practical strategies for success, along with her knack for communication, make her a valuable asset to the Heidi Wilson Homes team.

Taylor Wilson

Transaction Coordinator & Agent

Real Estate initially was just a hobby Taylor and her husband enjoyed…but her hobby is now a passion! As of early 2022, she is a licensed agent and has been on the team ever since. Taylor plays an integral role in communicating with clients, lenders, and inspectors to ensure deadlines are met and that we maintain a seamless process. In addition, Taylor helps a majority of our clients on the east coast of Michigan buy and/or sell.
